Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Locations: 5–8 business days
Delays may occur due to external factors such as weather, courier issues, or remote locations.

• Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website
5. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you can track your order using the tracking link provided.
If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days of placing your order, contact us.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Make sure your shipping details are accurate.
• Steelham is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address details
• If a package is returned due to failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos/videos as proof
We will investigate the issue with the courier partner and provide a resolution (replacement/refund if applicable).

• Government restrictions or lockdowns
