Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Steelham, we take pride in delivering high-quality stainless steel products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—within reasonable limits.

2. Eligibility for Returnse basics

We accept returns only under the following conditions:
•    Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
•    Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
•    Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
•    Used or damaged products (after delivery)
•    Minor variations in color/finish (common in metal products)
•    Products purchased under clearance or special sale
•    Change of mind / dislike after delivery

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:
1.    Contact us at [Your Email / WhatsApp] within 48 hours
2.    Share:
o    Order ID
o    Clear photos/videos of the issue
3.    Our team will review and confirm eligibility
Do not ship the product back without approval.

5. Pickup & Reverse Shipping

•    If the return is approved, pickup will be arranged via Shiprocket (where service is available)
•    If pickup is unavailable, you may need to self-ship the product
Shipping charges may apply depending on the case.

6. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:
•    Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
•    Refund will be issued to the original payment method (processed via Razorpay)

7. Replacement Policy

•    We prefer replacement over refund for damaged or defective items
•    Replacement is subject to product availability

8. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued if:
•    Product is returned in slightly used condition
•    Parts/accessories are missing

9. Cancellation Policy

•    Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
•    Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

10. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
•    Check your bank account again
•    Contact your bank/payment provider
•    If still unresolved, contact us

11. Important Notes

•    Steelham reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
•    Final decision on returns/refunds rests with Steelham after inspection
